Return Policy
We make every effort to insure that our cotton products meet the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event you find a defect in your product, please contact us immediately to arrange for replacement or full refund. All items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. You must request a refund within 5 days of receipt and ship your return within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. If you request a refund, we will issue it as soon as possible after we receive your return shipment. This will usually take 10-15 business days from when you ship the item to us.
Backorder Policy
Because our supplier is one of the largest manufacturer’s and importers of Egyptian Cotton products, backorders are seldom an issue. In the unlikely event that we can’t ship your order as scheduled, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date. You can then choose to accept the new ship date or request a full refund.
Shipping Policies
We offer FREE SHIPPING via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service on all orders in the continental United States. Alaska & Hawaii residents will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99.
Damaged Goods Policy
When you receive your shipment, check the package immediately for signs of damage. If packaging is wet, crushed or punctured, notify the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. Our 100% pure Egyptian cotton products meet the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event you find a defect in your product, please contact us immediately to arrange for replacement or full refund. Each item we sell has a care instructions tag attached.
